2012!!

Welcome to the New Year! It is time for change, renewal, and celebration. The great thing about today is that yesterday is gone. You can't go back and undo things you have done, but you can embrace today and look toward the future with hope.
Build on yesterday's success and learn from yesterday's failures. Live in today.

TIME FOR 2012 TO  START WITH A BOOM!

Fall 7 times, and stand up 8

“ I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot, and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that’s precisely why I succeed.”
- Micheal Jordan

A goal without a plan is merely a wish without a hope.

1. Improve your physical ENERGY level. You can't make your goals and dreams come true if you are burned out, stressed out and running on empty. If you are dead on your feet, you are dead in the water.

2. Improve your sense of  PURPOSEE. If your heart isn't in the battle, you have lost the war way before it has begun.

3. Improve your ATTITUDE. It is impossible to make anything in your life worthwhile with a negative, self-defeating attitude. Admit to yourself that you don’t know it all and get excited about learning from the experience of others who are successful.

4. Improve your ability to SET GOALS. Without crystal-clear goals, you will simply burn up precious time and energy... with little or no progress made towards realizing your dreams.

5. Improve your ability to MAKE PLANS. Remember this simple FACT…a goal without a plan is merely a wish without a hope

6. Improve your ability to PRIORITIZE your activities that will get results. Focusing on the IMPORTANT tasks that get RESULTS that gives you the edge over your competition.

7. Improve your ability to create strong teams and interpersonal SYNERGY. Real power comes from building powerful teams of high energy positive like minded people.

8. Get and stay ORGANIZED. If your systems don't support you...redesign your systems until they do. This is the single biggest flaw in people that holds most of them back from attaining success and accomplishing their dreams and goals. If you are inefficient, you are out of the game.

9. Make OPTIMUM use of your time. Fail to Optimize your time and you will never live up to your full potential. The game will be over before you even get into the hunt.

10. Take bold ACTION to make things happen. In every area of life, it's up to you to GET the ball moving... and KEEP it rolling in the direction of your goals. Learn to continuously take Smarter Actions, and you WIN. Don't and you won't.

Holiday Award Party!

On Sunday, Bold Marketing Strategies attended an awards banquet/holiday party with 2 other Midwest offices. The banquet was hosted by StoneCreek, where served dinner, as awards were being given out. The first award went President Ashley D. Smith, for managerial excellence. Ashley received  an engraved plaque, to hang in her office.
Next, Andrew Hiatt and Rich Christman were both awarded MVP for their individual offices. Andrew earned the title of MVP for many reasons, one reason is his driven attitude.  Everyday Andrew comes to work and has a “go getter” attitude, not letting anything come in the way of his goals. He gives 100% everyday, staying focused and motivated on his goals. Andrew is on his way to achieving one of his long-term goals, to open his own office.
Our other MVP , Rich Christman comes to work ready to help other improve everyday. Rich creates and environment at work that promotes learning, and , helps others to grow professionally.  Rich is a top leader and on his way to reaching his goal of opening up an office is Denver, Co.
Adam Stoffel was recognized as the most improved in the office. Adam has been putting forth the extra effort needing to really evaluate himself, and how he can reach his goals and better his team. Adam is interviewing and training more and more every week, and his hard work has paid off in a big way!
Carlina Mina was recognized at the end of the night for all of her hard work, and contribution to the growth of  Bold Marketing in the past year. things. Carlina comes to work early, leaves late and does whatever needed to get the job done. She has been a major part in the establishment of the  company. Carlina is an invaluable member of Bold Marketing Strategies and Ashley has said she considers Carlina to be  the backbone of the company.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE FOR A GREAT JOB THIS YEAR!!!!

Dreams seldom materialize on their own.

“The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will.”    - Vince Lombardi

"Sharp People like hard times, because they grow from them"

“Sharp people like hard times because they know they can grow from them.”  Mike Rosenberg , explained to Stephanie Miller . Stepanie is one of our leaders at Bold Marketing Strategies, and she traveled this week with four other memebers of our team to the  Detroit office. Stephanie, Tiffany, Hayley and Jasimine were all selected to travel to Detroit for a chance to meet with Consultants, other Office owners, and work in a different market. The four girls arrived in Detroit on Monday, and were excited for a chance to meet with Mike Ronsenburg of the “Rosenburg Organization.” Mike talked with the girls about how to better themselves for the business, and how they can stay motivated to do so. Tiffany shared a quote that she found especially inspiring from Mike, “You can’t always have 40 Sharp people in the office. You have to train the 6’s and 7’s to be 10s” . The girls also got a chance to speak with The Director at the office, “Have fun, and be real”, was Lyndsay Carr’s advice to Hayley regarding her attitude everyday in the office.
All four girls will be returning at the end of the week and will be discussing everything they learned, and all the success the had while in Detroit! Congratulations ladies and we look forward to your return!
