Movin' On Up

Excitement is lingering in the air here at BOLD. We are ecstatic to be able to promote one of our top marketing reps Erik Rieker, to Assistant Manager! Erik joined the BOLD Marketing team, January 20th of 2011. In just 8 short months, his ambition and drive pushed him into the position of Assistant Manager. Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Erik graduated from the University of Indianapolis, with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration. Erik's athleticism and sports-mindedness has given him the desire and determination to push for what he wants. When asked about his quick promotion, Erik said "I grew up playing sports, so I realized at a young age that the only way to succeed in something was to work hard and never take a day off. I am a very motivated person. When I set out to do something, I don't stop until it's accomplished, which has helped me get where I am today".  We couldn't be happier for Erik and his success so far. We are eager to see him continue his climb up the opportunity ladder and set such a great example for our other marketing reps here at BOLD. Congratulations Erik!
